How long will it take to get my order?

We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 3 weeks) but sometimes there might be delays – especially after conventions and during the Holiday season!

We use Australia Post Standard parcel bags. There may be delays out of our control once your order leaves us and goes into the postal system.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking number, so you can track your order to your door.

How long will it take to get my order?

PLEASE NOTE

Due to current travel restrictions international postage is taking anywhere from 2-4 months.We have no control once a package has been posted.

International Standard Shipping generally takes 1–4 weeks after order has been posted. This service provides full tracking. 

Please note:

Customers outside Australia may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, handling fees, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
